Documentation
-
The documentation of educational processes serves as the basis for educational work and decision making in Kitas and schools and is a core element of educational assessment.
Early educational observation and documentation aim to clarify whether educational activities match the needs of children as they are developing and learning and how these activities can be enhanced. Good documentation helps to monitor and improve the fit of support activities to the needs of gifted children. Educational observation and documentation procedures include, for example, portfolios, educational/learning histories, project documentation or product presentation as well as checklists or observation sheets.
