With flexible school enrollment (in German: “Flexible Schuleingangsphase”), in the first two years of primary education all children of compulsory school age are brought together and taught together as a class in accordance with their individual learning styles and capabilities.

Flow

Flow experience is understood as a state of complete immersion in an activity without self-reflection. In this state, a person experiences a deeply enjoyable feeling of complete mental engagement. Flow is most likely to occur when a person's abilities are subjectively perceived as well-matched to the demands of a task—so that they feel neither underchallenged nor overwhelmed—and they experience a heightened sense of control over their actions.
