-
Learning competencies refer to the methods and skills that are necessary for acquiring knowledge. These include, for example, knowing how knowledge can be structured, what learning strategies there are and how they are used, how to read and write texts in a structured way, etc. Cognitively gifted children and adolescents also rely on their learning competencies and skills to access complex topics and to comprehend new areas of knowledge.
